Well, I'm moved... finally! They are gonna have to carry me out of this house, 'cause I'm never, ever gonna do that again! And thanks for coming up to help, Saberbob. I couldn't have done it without you! So, who's up for a house-warming party?

I have been working on moving in and remodeling my new home and my rent house for more than two months now. After this is all over, I may take up something easy like mountain climbing or marathon running. Anyway, I've been posting progress reports here if anyone wants to share the misery. http://campechesteel.proboards15.com/ind....26932676&page=2

I had an epiphany tonight as I was watching John Moreau giving the introduction to a new class of beginners; A flashback to August 1976 as a Freshman at Southwest Texas State... I have been fencing for thirty years, now!

Casey turned 20 today. It wouldn't be all that big of a deal, except for the fact that he's a cat... yes, felix domestica . My best buddy and bunk mate... through thick and thin... for two decades. Ever since I had to bandage him up after he went through the fan blades and belts on my truck and he weighed about 1/2 a pound. I just kind'a felt I had to mention it.

I forgot to post it here previously... But I'm also the current Chair of and, the one to blame for, the current SWIFA organization. Maybe someone will step up to be the Chair at our Annual Meeting at SWIFA #4 on April 14, 2007 at UTSA. Please???

Yesterday (3/31/07), I was dumb enough to run for, and win, election as the Secretary of the South Texas Division.I may need to see someone about this problem!
