32nd Annual Poujardieu Memorial honoring the Memory of Maitre Gerard Poujardieu, Sr., Louise Poujardieu and their son, Gerard, Jr.
Hosted by the South Texas Division with assistance from the Texas State Fencing Club.
Venue:
Jowers Gym on the campus of Texas State University, 700 Aquarena Springs Drive, San Marcos, TX 78666.

Via AskFred.net or at the door. (See Fee Schedule below.) Contact Jaimie Ailshire by phone or email if you would like to discuss making alternate arrangements.
PREREGISTRATION CLOSES at MIDNIGHT on THURSDAY, January 26th, 2012. To be considered PREREGISTERED, you must sign up for at least one event before the close of preregistration.

Times listed in BOLD are the CLOSE of registration! Pools will begin AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after close - please arrive in time for gear check and warmup!

Senior Mixed Epee 09:00
Senior Mixed Sabre 12:00
Senior C&Under Epee 1:00

Sunday:
Senior Mixed Foil 9:00
Senior Women's Epee 12:00
Y14 Mixed Foil 1:00
Y14 Mixed Epee 2:00
FEES:
PREREGISTERED: $30 registration and $15 per event
NOT PREREGISTERED (walk-in): $30 registration and $30 per event.
Advance payment is optional but strongly encouraged. Cash or checks accepted at the door for preregistrants and walk-ins. If you would like to pay cash, exact amounts are preferred to speed check-in.
Format:
One round of pools to DEs. No cut and no repechage, no fence for third.
Awards:
To the top eight finalists in each Senior event.
To the top four finalists in each Youth event.
Rules:
All USFA rules apply.
Current USFA membership, or membership in a national federation that is a member of the FIE, is required for all events, including Y14 and C&Under.
USFA membership available at the door. PLEASE do not join by fax or mail after Monday, January 23rd, and please do not join online after midnight on Wednesday, January 25th.
Foreign fencers must provide proof of membership in an FIE member federation, or purchase USFA membership at the door.
Memberships are paid directly to USFA and NOT to the Division. Please bring a separate payment for your entry fees and USFA membership.
Waiver of Liability:
Signed waivers of liability are required to fence and can be downloaded at www.SouthTexasDivision.org or as an attachment to your pre-reg confirmation email.
All those under 18 years of age must have the signature of a PARENT or GUARDIAN, NOT A COACH.
