I hereby waive and release all rights and claim for damages I may have against the USFA, The Salle Mauro Fencing Academy, its representatives, owners, directors, all officials, sponsors and other participants from any and all liabilities, losses, injuries, death or damages I may suffer as a result of participating in the Musketeers Challenge #2 and further grant full permission to use photographs, video tapes and other recordings of this event for advertisement and other purposes.
